CNN Hero of the Year 2009

I couldn't be more proud of our CNN Hero of the Year. I've heard about him awhile back and followed his passion and effort to bring education to poor kids using his "pushcart classroom" as an alternative to joining street gangs.

I am really happy for him to have won this prestigious award.

    i really admire his passion moreso his determination. With not much resources to start with, that didn't stop him from doing something good.

    si Paquiao,tapos si Mr. Penaflorida
    at ang latest ay yung nangyari sa
    Mindanao, iba talagang gumawa ng
