Scholarship Agreement

Below is the latest draft of the agreement that will be part of the overall project requirements for full implementation of our scholarship project this fast-approaching school year 2010-11.

At this point, may I remind everyone to please fulfill your pledges if you have already made one; and for those who have not, I would like to appeal once more for your kindness and generosity to help make this scholarship project a successful one. All of your participation is very important and very much appreciated.

And remember; please always ask for a receipt and be sure to specify to which type of fund (general, membership, and/or scholarship fund) you would want your contributions/payments allocated.
